Pros
Depending on the center you worked at, they were very understanding and reasonable when it came to calling off. Working in KinderCare was like working with a family (again, depending on the center). I thoroughly enjoyed my job, and loved waking up in the mornings to go.
Cons
Some locations had too many children in one classroom, (twenty 1 year olds in one room), and this became too overwhelming for staff.
