Pros
Peers were supportive. My District Manager was a great leader. The education program is the best in the industry. In the past, the Center Director all company meetings were motivating.
Cons
People are treated as easily disposable. Nothing ever feels good enough. The company cares more about making money than it does about the education of children. Labor restraints made it hard to run in ratio. (see DHS reports on how many times the centers are out of ratio).
