The children are the best and most wonderful part of the job . The company has great ideas and thoughts, but too many at one time
Cons
Too much noise communication- emails need to be streamlined. Labor cuts = directors in classrooms holding ratio. Can't use hours. high teacher turnover from this. Be prepared to work 60 hours per week
