Pros
The company has a well researched curriculum that gives you a base and guideline to teach by, however there is lots of room for your own enrichments and creativity .
Cons
It is difficult to get a substantial raise. After working there for 7 years and doing quality work new hires with no education background or experience get hired in making equal to or more than me. Most are straight out of high school and this is my career.
