Pros
I loved my job in the Design and Construction/ Development function-something new every day with the opportunity to learn and expand responsibilities.
Cons
In trying to turn the company around the changes came fast and furious. Lately they seem to be throwing the baby out with the bath water....as far as I can see there is very little retention of historical knowledge. For the sake of the kids and teachers out in the field I hope you are being supported and listened to by the skeleton crew back at Corporate.
