The benefits aren't as good as they are stated they are. Management is constantly playing games with teachers livelihoods by expecting them to work 8 plus hour days and only get paid for 5 or 7 hours of working. No consistency with students or teachers being constantly moved around. Lack of appreciation and supplies for teachers to use as teachers are expected to be janitors and teachers without prep time or any time really to clean. Teachers are burning out very quickly in this company.
