Pros
Providing excellent care and learning opportunities for children was deeply rewarding. I enjoyed working with many passionate individuals at all levels from teachers and field leadership to corporate leaders. I loved my job and I felt I could make a difference.
Cons
Constant turn over of corporate and field management is constant distraction and made for an uneasy, nervous work experience. You never knew if you would be next to be laid off or let go.
