Pros
The parents and students are very friendly and appreciate your hard work. During the Christmas season and teacher appreciation day, the parents were very generous.
Cons
If you do not agree with your director, the management find ways of documenting all your minor mistakes, even if you are a hard worker. Then they have cause to fire you without any legal repercussions. All the management staff are heartless and disingenuous people I have ever met in my life.
