Unorganized management. You get paid crap for a lot. Staff was young and uneducated. Management valued money over their staff. None of the rules they set in place for the staff applied to them and they would choose who got free passes on the rules. There was no training what's so ever and employees get told to look the other way on serious matters dealing with children.
