Not worth blood sweat and tears - Center Director KinderCare Learning Companies Employee Review

Worked for the company for over 20yrs and left on good terms. Was told that they would always bring me back if I needed. This is not the case, apply and get instantly rejected or no response. Work life balance doesn’t exist, I regret the neglect that this caused my family, and for what?!?! Do you think they look back at my time there and appreciate what I did?
