Pros
The teams here are awesome. Everyone works hard, and has a good attitude towards play (social hour every Friday at 4). Most people are enjoyable to be around and hang out with. This is also a great place to get your bearings in whatever field you're pursuing. They operate like a startup, so you get the chance to work on A LOT of different things, allowing you to hone your skills where you wouldn't be able to at another job.
Cons
For my same position, I have researched around town and know I can get paid a minimum of 10k at any other company. On top of that, since the company is so small, there isn't really any room to move up. You just get more responsibility, no compensation, and no upward movement.
