      Pros

      Compared to previous employers, Kindful was amazing to me and did their upmost best to make the job enjoyable and the work environment super healthy.

      Cons

      There were no downsides while I was there. Covid did not help, but the company did their best to work with what we had.

      The people cared a lot about their place of work and culture was overall good.

      Cons

      Implementation was seriously overworked. I was hired thinking I'd manage about 15-20 clients at a time, it was realistically closer to 35-40 accounts
