Pros

Salaried remote position with a fair commission plan - Comp is competitive with traditional call center sales positions of the same nature but you have the added freedom of working from your home. You do have to have a reliable WIRED internet connection and a quiet work-space - which is why no one could "work out of a cafe" whilst "wandering around Europe with a pack of kids" using our CRM and other technologies as suggested in one perversely misleading review. You are talking to people on the phone, so a devoted space is really necessary. You can, however, attend most company meetings from wherever you are - which is marvelous. You can also connect your pc to the internet of your vacation home when traveling. This job affords great freedom; a dream work-life balance for capable workers. All inbound leads and most client interactions are pleasant - this is NOT a high pressure sales job at all. The culture of the company is focused on service. The real desire is that you answer your phone when it rings, actively listen to prospects and clients, make an earnest effort to help them if you can. You need to be reliably available during the schedule you agree to and take an earnest interest in the people you speak to. Easy if you are applying for this opportunity for the right reasons. Relaxed management and Schedule flexibility - While ignoring calls or disappearing from your computer for several hours (while clocked in) is not acceptable of course; this is the most relaxed work environment I have ever known. Schedule changes and shift trades are done freely, missing a shift for personal reasons is met with understanding and support from management, you get 2 paid 15-minute breaks, one 30-60 minute unpaid lunch, and 3-5 five-minute "be right backs" (or more if you need) for every 8 hour shift. Why anyone fit to work full-time would need a great deal more than that on a regular basis is strange to me. Career Opportunities - The company frequently promotes people to management positions or moves them to departments they've expressed an interest in. Upper management is accessible and communicative. I am posting this review partly in response posts made by an angry trio of ex-employees who stated a great deal of mistruths. While I have compassion for their disappointment it seems these people were expecting to make upwards of $80k year plus benefits from the 0-3 sales/month they were producing. While these expectations may be reasonable for luxury real estate, they are laughably absurd for a call center position for affordable senior care. ****Also; the angry poster commented that our commissions get changed on a "whim" - well, there have been a few times our upper management has paid us EXTRA bonuses, but never less. Odd that this is seen as a negative. I, as well as many other Kindly Care employees, love this company! - "Wandering" mother to a "pack of kids"

Cons

I don't have any complaints about this company. It is truly a life-changing place to work, if you intend to bring value to your role.
