      Pros

      This role felt really rewarding in terms of connections you make to clients. I liked the autonomy of the role, and making people's day when I found solutions to their concerns.

      Cons

      Little to no directive. No clear way to move up in company. Fairly low pay and no clear way to get a raise.

      Pros

      The only pro was that some of my collegues and I trauma bonded over the poor treatment and became the best of friends.

      Cons

      This place took 7 years of my life away from me. They gave me cents per year in raises. They belittled me and made me feel inadaquete. Those in charge were saddistic and evil.
