Pros

Free food until the budget got tight

Cons

They say you do well, raises will come. They never did. Leadership is constantly scrambling. No direction. Expected to manage yourself. Leads actively look for things to doc you on verses building you up. If you're not one of the golden employees (note: the grandfathered gossiping trio), you get no real opportunities. Nothing is communicated correctly. The same problems are brought up in every sync with no improvement on anything. Engineering doesn't know how to ship anything. Nobody even uses the product. The people who do and point this out get laid off. CEO hires his friends who take advantage of him.

Pros

Kindo has a rare combination of strong leadership, a real product that actually works, and a culture that welcomes ideas from everywhere. It’s entrepreneurial without being chaotic—people take ownership, move fast, and support each other. Leadership is thoughtful, hands-on, and flat in structure—no ivory towers here, just smart people solving big problems together. The product is a standout: it delivers real, immediate value to customers. That makes marketing it, building it, or selling it feel genuinely rewarding. Most of all, Kindo has a clear and compelling vision. The focus on Autonomous Operations isn’t just a trend. This is the most forward-thinking, ambitious company I’ve worked for, with a mission that actually matters.

Cons

If you prefer rigid structure or a less dynamic, fast-paced day-to-day, this probably isn’t the place for you. But if you thrive in high-trust, high-impact roles, you’ll love it here.

Pros

Chill and awesome work culture. Excellent at providing a great work/life balance for everyone's preferences and still maintaining accountability Open to new ideas and experimentation

Cons

Communication is great but somewhat slow. Having part of the team on-site and another part as remote caused some missed information or conversations
