- They prioritize marketing over healthcare. Their Google reviews are so low because they invest more time in their image than their patients.
- Bosses made you remember they were bosses. Higher management like the C-Suite didn’t care if they had to humiliate you in front of everyone!
- Medical and customer-facing teams were so overworked. They made some of our interns take on the work of an employee without the benefit of a salary, leaves, or additional compensation. Some interns would clock in for 10+ hours and still went under appreciated.
- Their doctors were just as lost sometimes because their team didn’t prioritize communicating them.
- Their small medical team handles so many clinics yet they refuse to add more people. That’s why the care is compromised because they’re overworking the medical staff.
