Pros
Greats benefits and pension, and a very competitive pay. Plus there are several experts in the field of nuclear engineering who work here, so a wealth of knowledge is available if you are lucky enough to work with the correct team and not the stuck up engineers who have no time to engage with junior staff
Cons
Management has no regard for their employees. They will rotate people around and push them to work 60 hour weeks to do random menial tasks rather than hire more people. This is a great place if you are a senior engineer who has already gained experience elsewhere, but not if you are a junior trying to develop your technical skills
