They really care about their employees, very good wages for good employees, generous pay increases over short periods of time

Lots of travel would be a con for some but I love it and it fits my lifestyle currently.

Excellent group of designers and always on the cutting edge of technology. Great place to learn onsite technical skills. I disagree with the previous review regarding being over worked. The owners make it very clear what we are signing up for during the interview process. It's a traveling business. If you don't like it you need not apply. There are busy seasons yes, but we are always asked before we are scheduled for an onsite and they try to keep it to two per month. The owners actually do more traveling and put more hours in than anyone else. The previous review fails to mention the fact that when there aren't any projects to work on we are free to "work from home" and come and go at the office as we please.

For some it may be a con but as stated above it is a traveling business. If you like staying home this probably isn't a good fit for you.
