      there really arent any pros

      It's essentially a pyramid scheme where management just funnels out employees under them so they work less and just take a portion of the lower employees earnings Also it's cult like its solely commission

      Pros

      Forthcoming if you ask pertinent questions and voice your concerns. The interview staff members were polite and answered my questions directly.

      Cons

      The job offer advertisement on Indeed did not say there would be no base pay, or that the offer is commission-only. It had a salary range that was indicative of something that scales with industry experience. That is somewhat misleading.
