Pros
The people at this company are the absolute best. Everyone is treated as a valuable asset to the team. It is the most collaborative environment I have ever been a part of. Open communication is stressed so everyone knows they can speak their minds and offer ideas. The company offers the standard benefits but there are fun perks too; ice cream runs, birthday cakes and pizza for lunch!
Cons
I wouldn't call this a negative but some people might. Each employee is held accountable for their work-each person is expected to do the job they were hired to do and to be productive-personal activities during work hours is not allowed (isn't this a no brainer?) This company provides such a positive environment you want to do the best work possible.
