      - Gave my a visa to Australia - Trained me well on their industry - Felt really valued - Good company/office culture - Passionate about their industry -Good career growth - started as a resourcer - Good recognition schemes - Fun - able to get involved with Expos, Industry events - Innovative around recruitment (not just transactional) - Good incentives

      Cons

      - Only 2 weeks AL at a time - Sometimes stray away from what their good at; which is recruitment
