      less pressure from the management. People are generally friendly. the pay is higher than the average

      Cons

      no promotion opportunity. you are not allowed to have your own idea. less efficient. and you basically get little training.

      Benefits are better than most, but not as good as they were 5 years ago. Overall, good people to work with

      As with many other companies, advancement to higher positions is based on the buddy system, who you know.
