Love working here - Mechanical Engineer King Technology Employee Review

I love working at King! They actually listen to their employees and take suggestions on how to make the business better. The PTO is generous as well as they frequently do company lunches and company appreciation events. They also let you work remote twice a a week! The culture here is incredible, the owner openly introduces himself to his employees which is almost unheard of at companies.

The health insurance is not great. Could you a little more PTO but it is overall generous!

Colleagues are really great for the most part. So many wonderful people work there.

Executive leadership is completely separate from the rest of the organization. The divide isn’t great for team culture and doesn’t support team collaboration and growth.
