      I worked as casual administrator. It was good as they paid minimum wage and super.

      The job was seasonal job for intaking student. So, no guarantee of minimum shift.

      Students are really nice and it’s good to be able to support them

      Cons

      Culture is cooked. CEO is unhinged. No flexibility allowed at all. Environment is casually racist and sexist. A lot of good people are fleeing like rats from a burning building.

      Really not much to say for pro. Some of my team members are nice but they are all just trying to survive.

      Cons

      Most toxic culture I have ever witnessed. Staff are really stressed and scared. Bullies are protected. Managers are mean. People are afraid of the CEO. Run.
