Poor leadership and low pay - Marketing Officer King's Own Institute Employee Review

It was chaotic during my time with the marketing team. The whole team doesn’t care what course or service they provide to student expect they just focus on extracting maximum profit from each applicant. Such a crap educational providers. The leader of this team failed to provide a clear procedures on doing each task and left with chaotic environments each day. You wouldn’t know your purpose working with this team and you wouldn’t find your own value everyday at work. Working in the marketing team let you feel like you are in the war zone at Pakistan dealing with chaotic scenario and seeing all the dead body around. Pretty toxic culture as the the marketing department constantly blaming the administration department as well as blaming each other back and forth. Low morale between each team member Very draining to work in this organisation as they don’t look after their staff, minimum wages, poor leadership. Has been on of the worst organisation I have ever worked for
