Great perks, discounted food and merchandise, free entry into the park when off.
Cons
Seasonal positions are mostly what is available, and they'll work you long hours if you let them. Sometimes I worked up to 14 hours shifts in the height of really busy days, aka Haunt. (If you want a lot of hours, they'll usually give them to you, so potential pro)
