Immediate company and colleagues nearly all hardworking, conscientious and pleasant. Company (as opposed) management generally good. Broad range of skills and experience within the employees.
Cons
Being incorporated into a group of companies (NSM UK) has provided little benefit and more often than not had (sometimes very large) detrimental impacts, due to poor group senior management and strategy. Hemorrhaging talent and knowledge across the spectrum due to this.
