      Strategy is very unclear and poor management not chosen well leaders need more experience both as managers and in the industry. Cash is burnt unnecessarily

      Good culture. Easy work. Nascent industry

      No clear strategy, CEO and founder, while nice, has a lot of growing to do. CEO was also snakecharmed by a few upper management individuals and led astray.
