      Excellent place to work. Family like environment and lovely staff to work with. I have worked at Spring Lodge for over 16 years and couldn't imagine working any where else.

      Supporting truly amazing people and working in a great team.

      Not getting paid for covid but not allowed to work either especially with the cost of living going up.

      Pros

      Large company but has a family feel to it. This really became apparent at the start of the pandemic. Hard work is rewarded.

      Cons

      Workload can be too much. This is mainly due to extra work generated by additional precautions/ paperwork required due to covid.
