      Pros

      Very person centred. Lots of promoting independence. Lots of outings. Family visit and will involve the other residents. Family BBQ’s and meals. Lots of laughter. Lots of choice given to the residents. Very welcoming staff. Home is lovely and clean and very accommodating with also being accessible. Very professional. Secure.

      Supporting truly amazing people and working in a great team.

      Cons

      Not getting paid for covid but not allowed to work either especially with the cost of living going up.

      Pros

      Large company but has a family feel to it. This really became apparent at the start of the pandemic. Hard work is rewarded.

      Cons

      Workload can be too much. This is mainly due to extra work generated by additional precautions/ paperwork required due to covid.
