CEO is an obsessive compulsive bully who needs to learn how to talk to people. Senior management team are dishonest and not supportive to homes at all. Everyone at head office is more concerned with how things look, the homes are just playthings for the CEO to boost his own ego, he has no idea about dementia or nursing care. He should give up care homes and buy boutique hotels instead. Senior management team offer financial bribes to staff to write positive reviews on here so that negative ones are pushed down the page, none of the issues are ever actually addressed, all just covered up. Senior management team and CEO all act in an unprofessional way and the goalposts are always moving so staff are constantly made to feel like failures. Nothing will ever be right or good enough for them. I have worked for a few different healthcare providers in my 20 odd years and have never worked for such an awful company. Avoid at all costs!!!! If my review is not enough to dissuade you from joining them, ask recruiters why Kingsley can't keep home managers and is constantly restructuring its operations teams....
