Bad management, bad quality of work, terrible salary, bad attitude, no clarity, a huge mess

You get to work remotely at all times.

- Very low pay - The management is extremely unprofessional and rude. - Delayed payment. - Micromanagement. The manager used to make me share my screen and make changes to designs in front of him after work hours. - No overtime payment. They just expect you to work overtime for free. - ZERO JOB SECURITY!!!!! I have seen people getting fired on Zoom calls for very very minor issue. Happened to multiple people. - Over the course of a project, you will work with multiple managers with different visions depending on the managements mood. So you will take 5x time to finish a small project because you will have to start over many time.
