Office is historic building with interesting employees. Parties, live shows, happy hours and close to public transportation. Super casual office and dress, pet friendly and flexible hours.
Cons
Lack of direction. Plans and ideas appear and are dropped with no reason. There is no analysis on why projects fail. Poor last minute ideas create even worse results. Poor leadership and decisions are made out of self preservation and fear. Tech management extremely poor and unable to handle any criticism and there is no team input. Speaking up will get you restructured out. Employees are treated as a disposable item. “Layoffs” and “restructuring” are common every few weeks – often without any clear reason of what the restructure is supposed to do. Lacks any professional development. People get hired and get no training, not on their job or to develop skills. Then get fired for failing, often with no communication from their manager. The very politically– if you suck up to the right people can do very well. Great place to be you want your day job to be a party of debauchery, be surrounded by porn and filled with chaos.
