Sales is a revolving door and it's rare that reps last more than one year. Manufacturers that have partnered with the company are quite aware of this. Reps are given very high quotas with no existing customer base, no resources, and no real time to develop new relationships in a new market. Expectations are often a moving target with management, and they often don't align with what is realistic and achievable. Reps are hired for their contacts, promised great opportunities, and then let go after several months. I strongly advise against working for this company in any sales capacity.
