Pros

Work environment fosters extensive learning opportunities within a fast-paced setting, ideal for those seeking constant growth and challenges. When it comes to internal and external challenges and pressure - if you are looking for some - Kinobi Tech is an excellent candidate.

Cons

The workload versus compensation ratio is highly disproportionate. The salary offered is far below industry standards, making it difficult to justify the effort put into the job. Beware of falling for any attempts to downplay the inadequacy of pay relative to the workload. Despite the outward appearance of camaraderie among coworkers, the reality is quite different. Behind closed doors, there's a prevalent culture of gossiping among the upper management levels. Although they may appear friendly and engaging in your presence, upper management staff might be mocking you and sharing inside jokes about you and your personal life behind your back. While Kinobi Tech may seem promising at first glance, it's essential to be cautious. Sadly, their facade of 'supportiveness' and 'opportunity' masks an environment rife with unfair compensation, lack of transparent feedback, and toxic workplace dynamics. This feedback is not directed towards the current management, as I understand the ingrained nature of internal dynamics over these several years. Instead, it's intended for prospective employees considering joining this company. (:

Pros

International, remote team. Have separate job responsibilities.

Cons

A lot of workload with low paid compensation. They want high-quality people with low paid compensation. Unrealistic expectations. Very fast-paced for a human. If you’re considering joining the team, think carefully. The workload and expectations can be overwhelming from day one. Newcomers are often expected to be super ready during onboarding before they are fully prepared, which can quickly lead to stress and burnout. The remaining employees struggle every week under constant high workload pressure. The management team will not consider about the workload.

Pros

It's a good place to learn and grow. You will learn a lot of things, and you will learn to think fast and structurally.

Cons

As I said on Pros, it's a good place to learn and grow, so the pace is too fast
