      Pros

      I have never worked for a company before where I felt like I could integrate myself fully as a human. At Kinside, we are valued for the work we do, and also valued for our ability to have a life OUTSIDE of the office (meaning that our time is respected when we're not at work). The mission is strong. Several startups are working on this particular child care challenge, but Kinside has the strongest vision and strategy. Transparency is high and goals are explained and tracked clearly. Fully distributed team.

      Cons

      Would love to have more ability to interact with people outside of Zoom (although I do love that I get to work from home year round!)

      Pros

      Highly collaborative, fun, and supportive work culture. Inspiring leaders and phenomenal CEO. Meaningful mission. Excellent salary, benefits, and perks. Most importantly, great people who truly care about the work they do. This is an amazing company and I truly miss working here.

      A good fit for you if you are comfortable with ambiguity and are a self-starter who thrives in a SaaS startup environment.

      Pros

      Mission: What we are building is so important Team: Incredibly smart, humble, nice people who are excited to be here. Culture: We work really hard, but work is not everything. We have lives. Also, mistakes are not shamed. Instead they are opportunities for everyone to learn and grow. Impact: We are encouraged to shine. The work we are doing is impactful.

      Cons

      We are still early stage, which means priorities often shift just when we're getting good at something. We don't have all of the resources we'd like.
