Terrible - Anonymous employee Kinton Ramen Employee Review

I worked at the location at Runnamyde , it was terrible the manager was so racist. I worked there for more than a year, and one day the manager admitted that I was not getting the same amount of tips from the restaurant( not the customers; they were lovely and tipped me very well) because I was not like the other co-workers, all of them were Asian btw. She especially compared me to the Japanese ones, which obviously did not have a hard time talking to the chefs or learning Japanese as the others like me who were not Japanese. That woman was terrible and would yell at us all the time. There were no Canadian waiters because they would not tolerate that treatment, so most of their employees at that location are immigrants that think that there is no better than that. So please, if you are an international student, just get another job. The manager at that location is extremely rude.
