Where to begin…..staff is overworked, underpaid, not appreciated. Management and owner don’t care about people and those at senior levels lack education to do their jobs. Don’t expect your suggestions to go anywhere. This place is a toxic company with a toxic owner. Expect to just not say anything back to anyone who has a senior title, take the blame for stuff you didn’t do, and tolerate abusive behaviour and micro management. It is a mistake to join.
