1. Management plays favoritism. 2. The % employees get from what they collect toward their goal or budget, is lower than company standards. 3. Read the fine print, AND ASK QUESTIONS, What little salary they do offer, SALARY IS NOT GUARANTEED. 4. If you don't collect a certain amount ( which they do not tell you upfront ) no matter what you did collect, you don't get any bonus. 5. Don't expect benefits.
