Associates are required to be motivated ,organized, and willing to invest the time and effort to excel .If this is not possible then the Associate will not have have stellar results .

Well everything was a con here, from the pay to the "commissions" and what bonuses? There is NO room for growth. This is NOT a career it is a job to get you by during lean times. Not someplace you would call home or dare to grow roots with. Its a small young company, there is no insurance only dental and vision, Soo good luck if youre sick. Theres not PTO either.
