      Company is great when it comes to innovation and change. Engineering and purchasing are probably the 2 strongest parts of the company.

      Cons

      Senior leadership has changed a lot over the last 2 years. Programs have been cut and layoffs have begun. Company is going downhill fast.

      Great management. Great co-workers who are both very talented and hard-working. (of course, there are exceptions in any company) They work diligently to ensure employees are cared for, well-equipped, enabled, seen/heard, and appreciated.

      Occasionally, some management decisions are made hastily and suboptimally.
