Pros
Great work environment. Encouraging and friendly co-workers. Great hours of 830a-5p Monday-Friday. Management is understanding and wanting the best for their employees. 401k, health benefits, major holiday pay and vacation days. Honestly a wonderful company to work at.
Cons
I honestly have a hard time filling out this section. KIP is a wonderful company to work for. I was honored to be with this company for 2 years, and am extremely sad to be leaving. The only reason for doing so is because I want to further my career is a specific field and at the time of my employment, KIP did not have any positions available for me. I really have no cons and am going to miss this company and the employees.
