Great place to get experience. Management really is like a family and they are good-hearted people. My tires had prevented me from getting to work, and management helped me get new ones. I work at Raytheon now, but I still appreciate the lessons I learned from this place. Just show up on time, and if you need help or have a question, ASK! Only time I saw people let go was if they didn't show up, or if the assumed they didn't need help and didn't ask for it.
