Pros
Flexible scheduling Plenty of downtime
Cons
At the time I worked there, most employees were making barely over the federal minimum wage, and had no opportunity for career advancement. As a result, most of the staff were retirement age, but were still asked to do physical labor, like unloading shipment, because we were constantly understaffed. Often times, there was only one employee working. And when there were two of us, one would be in the back. And they had an archaic strike system for customer complaints, wherein three would be an automatic dismissal. This is, quite frankly, absurd given the work environment. The District and Regional managers would institute rules the employees were expected to follow, but when customers would complain about said rules, the employees following them were reprimanded. Ultimately, one of the worst jobs I've ever held.
