I recently joined Kisimul and my experience so far has been extremely positive. I’ve felt very welcomed and supported across the organisation.
My manager, Sean, has been very approachable, taking the time to ensure I’ve settled into my role.
The team, as well as colleagues across the wider organisation, have been genuinely friendly, open, and supportive. There is a real sense of shared purpose and enthusiasm, particularly around positive change and continuous improvement.
Overall, Kisimul feels like a welcoming, values-driven organisation where people are encouraged to contribute, develop, and be part of meaningful progression. I’m really enjoying my role and am looking forward to growing with the organisation.
