Pros
Great people, great work environment, interesting product space, fast moving. Nice to be part of a company that is taking a fresh approach to a stale environment. Strong financial backers.
Cons
Transitioned last year and some were unable to make the transition mentally from a sub 20 person startup to a company that's of some scale and still rapid growth. The environment has drastically improved now that there is alignment in where we are heading.
