They trust experts to do their job. Perfect for someone who is an independent worker as they give a lot of trust and don't micromanage

Would be tough for someone who needs direct oversight or hand-holding

I have seen first hand how this company focuses on building the right culture, so that it can deliver 100% client satisfaction. Management focuses on ensuring that everyone who works at KitelyTech is passionate about what they do. I have also learned how important client satisfaction is to this company, and have seen how the company works with clients throughout projects to ensure that satisfaction, based on projects I have been involved in.

This company is remote; I thrive off of face time and in-person meetings/interactions. Zoom meetings are great, but I definitely miss not being at a company with a centralized office.
