Thank you for your feedback :) - We are actually a product-based company. So we have one large product that has many different modules and features that grows by time. - We wish that you had a better learning experience at Kites Software. We try to provide the environment that would enable continuous learning. For example we encourage team members to study new topics and then present them to the rest (we call it Monday Sessions). We also have accounts on Plural-sight for anyone who would like to take any course. We encourage team members to form study groups and pursue certificates. However, we cannot be more than a learning enabler. So we expect that team members shall take the initiative and be responsible for their learning curve. - And thank you for your advice to the Management. You are totally right.
