- inexperienced managers running large departments that lash out and use harsh and cut throat communication with employees. - expect new employees to understand the material, give little to no training - discrimination - dishonesty/false promises - there is no work/life balance. you are expected to work a full day + overtime and be back in the office to do it all again the next day. work is prioritized over mental and physical health - judgement of employees when they choose to go to work events instead of working - not a corporate environment at all, everything is in free range and no disciplinary conduct is followed - Human Resources doesn't solve any negligent issues or prioritize employees. Its always employees VS managers and the managers always win.
