The pay is fine considering the low entry barrier.
Cons
The management is incompetent and frankly speaking doesn't care. Cronyism and nepotism. Unstable work-load (not much to do in low-season, overload in high-season). Working night-shifts. The work is primitive, and boring, but stressful at the same time.
