Pros
Management so preoccupied with constant crises you can basically sit on your hands for weeks on end and no one will notice -- very little pressure. Short working hours
Cons
Constant concerns that the company cannot pay salaries and vendors on time (again), all the more ironic as CEO was recently on Bloomberg TV talking up a potential IPO for the company, supposedly in 2014. The CEO and his senior management team have lost the respect of staff -- widespread disillusionment, everyone going through the motions. Little or no communication on changes in the company No chance of advancement in the company, no recognition for goals scored, managers downplay achievements or take credit for themselves.
